Wendy finds a new friend in the Blue Mountains, at the Mavis Bank coffee processing facility. Also in view are some of the women employed to inspect and sort the beans. We were amazed to discover that EVERY coffee bean is inspected before packaging, and that 80% of all Blue Mountain coffee is exported to Japan. |
