We stopped at the Jerk Center in Port Antonio, home of
Jamaican jerk pork, chicken, and fish, all of which we tasted. Jerk
foods are marinated in allspice, hot peppers, etc., then grilled over pits.
We all enjoyed the experience, except for Devin, who experienced gastic
distress later that night, and swore off jerk foods thereafter.
