Top (KU 2001 group to UT) is our host at Uncle Soon's Orchard.  Top manages this large orchard which is named for her grandfather.  Her market is heavily export-oriented, and the business features many innovations in fruit handling and product differentiation.  What do they raise?  Mangosteen, rambutan, durian.  Top also treated us to an incredible seafood lunch.  Thank you, Top.
