Program interpreter Olga Kerr, June and Dr. Frank Leuthold, and delegate Andrey Borodin dine on the patio at the opening reception. Both Frank and Andrey have served as elected officials for the finance of their cities. They gave Olga quite a workout, as they continued comparing their situations from hors d'oeuvres to dessert.
