Yelena describes a gift she gave to Dr. Leuthold at the dinner party. In addition to being a professor at UT for more than 30 years, Frank was also a Knox County Commissioner for 18 years. He was instrumental in arranging the visits to the City/County offices and for the resolution passed by the Commission in honor of the Open World delegation.
