Mexico City. Visit CIMMYT, International Center for Improvement
of Corn and Wheat. Afternoon: Visit National
Anthropological Museum. |

Travel to Querétaro City.
Tour of "the Ranch"--CAETEC, the
Experiment Station of UT's university partner in Mexico, Instituto
Tecnológico des Estudios Superiores de Monterrey (ITESM).
Afternoon: TEC Querétaro Campus tour. |

| Tour of San Miguel Group (part
of international company, Monterrey Mushrooms of Watsonville,
CA). Tour San Miguel de Allende, a retirement town for
many US natives. |

| Morning:
Visit craft shops and winery, "Las Cavas Freixenet,"
in village of Bernal. Afternoon: Visit village
of Tequisquiapan; also, La Serpentina, a dairy goat farm.

Visit companies: Kellogg
de México--El Tigre Tony; Expor San Antonio vegetable processor
and exporter to U.S.
Evening: Party at home of Rocio Ferrer. |

Delta (pork products) and Girasa (swine slaughterhouse) |
